with my best friend MAB, celebrating the end of Grade 12 at a family party. We're having lingonberry wine my great-aunt brought from Sweden mixed with sparkling water. Ever the sophisticates.
(I've been trying to match MAB's hair colour for the last 30 years)

I have just spent an hour going over this thread again, page by page, pic by pic. I had forgotten the thread existed. Fabulous nostalgia.

ehbeth, when you say "end of grade 12", how old were you at the time? In the US, 12th grade would make you 17 or 18. You both look about 14 in that pic. You are both very pretty BTW. Looking back over the thread, I'm assuming that's you on the left. Your avatar would lead one to believe you are the redhead...

If someone will post our senior type pics, I will send pics of Merry Andrew(be ready to faint on the spot) and SeaglassS(run for the hills).
Maybe CI will do it.

cjhsa - I hadn't seen your question before. We were 17 when that photo was taken, I am on the left in the photo - and I'm more likely to be mistaken for the other these days (I've done my tribute to autumn hair colour for the year).
Sglass - you can send the photos to me to post if you'd like.

Cool.
PM me your address. I finally got pm privilege back. I am still trying to redownload my avatar to no avail.
When Master Merry wakes up from his nap I'll have him look for pics.
I think that Phoenix looks like Ava Gardener.
Region looked like my paperboy from the South End.

I've kept for ages this 1972 picture in my wallet(s)... just to remind me (and others) that I used to have hair.

How old are you in that picture?
I've noticed that the older I get, the younger I was?

And.. here I am.. at 18 or 19.
The next day after this picture was taken, I filled out a my first college application, then took a pregnancy test.
Both came back "positive"

I don't recall his name, but he was a guest star on "The Fugitive" one episode. He played a small town cop and he had cornered the fugitive in this cafe, but a car crash outside the window diverted his attention momentarily and the fugitive was able to escape by diving out a back window and disappearing into an enormous ravine behind the restaurant. The guy in the picture, in the last scene of the show, stood on the edge of the ravine and muttered, "Damn....got away."

I came across this pic of Gus, Intrepid, and Dys, at a high school function.
