I need someone to help my DAD please....
My name is Joseph and i have two other brothers whom are older then me. My father is a 78 year old from Iran. My father has a home with a substantial equity in it and a income property. He does not speak English at all. Last week my Mother and my middle brother took him to an escrow company or maybe a law firm and made him sign some documents and they took his finger prints as well. They said that my older brother has put his name on the title of the house and they are only going to change that. My older brother never done such thing and it was a trick to make my father to go there. They threaten him with his life and my life and my older brothers life that if he won't sign he ( my middle brother ) will kill me and my other brother.
My father is old and ill and he was afraid that he will do that so he signed few papers.
my question is now? Where are we standing? can the signature be revoked?

Contact your local bar association and get yourself a lawyer. You will need to tell a lawyer EXACTLY what has happened, and you will need to talk to the lawyer about getting the cops involved. They will need to be involved because of the threats on your life.
But call a lawyer first, get everything lined up, you are going to need a lawyer anyway for this. If you cannot find a lawyer you like, or if they seem to be delaying, go to the cops instead and push it from that direction.
You do not have to take it. Your father does not have to take it. No one has to be exploited or threatened. No one.
