Imxinput.exe will have the cpu at 99 -100 % without a program running
windows xp
512 ram
norton pro

Hello balloonman. Someone who knows what they're on about will help but in the meantime it might assist your helpers if you posted a Hijack This log so that they can analyse it.

If you don't know about Hijack This! then get it from this site.
