Everytime I bring my OutLook Express up, I get the same message:
"The Address Book failed to load. Outlook Express is incorrectly configured, please reinstall. 8667599."
I have absolutely NO idea what to do to reinstall the Outlook Express, and I have NO idea how this problem happened in the first place. I decided to uninstall my Norton Anti Virus and reinstall it, just to find out if that might have been the cause of my problem. It wasn't.
Has anyone got some advice for me that I might be able to half understand? I am no rocket scientist. Thank you for your tolerance. Mim.
