Anyone who can answer has not had a proper celebration....

We're driving down to Essex today to join in a family gathering. Back Tuesday.

A Happy New Year to all.

So you did not have a proper celebration, despite the Hogmanay tradition??!!

My son Rustom has called this 'the Year of Finding the Path' - I like that.

My wife isn't feeling too good, but she's determined to visit her sister's for some chow. We will not be staying long. HAPPY NEW YEAR to one and all!

She had a doctor's appointment at 9:45AM, so I took her to the hospital. She said she hasn't ever been this sick. She was wheezing and coughing all night, and I had to put on my earplugs to sleep about 2AM. She'll call me when finished to pick her up. The new hospital is only a block away from where we live, but it's raining today.

The doctor told her she has a viral infection, so she was given a prescription drug.

Thank you to everybody for your well wishes for my wife. I really appreciate it. c.i./T

Sorry Steve, didn't get your message till now but couldn't, and I misinformed you before because we came back today.

We went to Colchester yesterday to see Mrs McTag's brother, and to Chelmsford today to see a posse of my relatives, one of whom has a new baby. Then we headed up the M11 and A50 and we've just got back here.

Next time.

C.I., I wonder if by viral infection he meant "the flu." Have you had your shots?
