Hi all,
recently i downloaded the anti spyware program "Spysweeper" on a free 15 day trial.
Although i quite liked the program i decided after my 15 day trial not to buy it.
The trial has now expired and i tried deleting it using the add remove program in windows, but it wont get rid of it.It says the program is being used probably because it becomes active as soon as my pc is switched on.
I cannot seem to close it down , anyone any ideas how to delete it?

I am wondering if you may have been "online" at the time you were trying to uninstall the program you no longer wanted. For MONTHS I tried to uninstall Zone Alarm Pro. NOTHING WORKED. Then I had a bright idea.. "why not do the uninstall OFFLINE?" and it WORKED.
Help i need
For really stubborn remove problems I've found this can help:
My Computer>Hard Drive C>Program Files>program you want to remove>Delete.
As far as I know this should get rid of it.
If anyone out there thinks this might not be a good thing to do, I'd like to know; I wouldn't want to give bad advice, and I wouldn't like to screw up my or anyone else's computer.
