Peter Jackson's Next Project - Halo!

I'm sure it will be awesome if he's involved. Any news on him doing hte LOTR prequel, The Hobbit? I'd love to see that!

I hear that King Kong is about 3.5 hours long. Jeezus, whats in there. Go find monkey, capture monkey, bring monky home, monkey runs amok, kill monkey, cut up monkey into landfill sized chunks. 2 hours tops.
Do we need another King Kong?

He's basically recreating the original with state-of-the-art CGI effects. The Kong remakes have been saddled down with incredibly bad giant animatronics and men in ape suits. The preview looks as if he's got it right. It could possibly be better than the original. I always would like to see more story structure in the beginning of the movie to build up to eventual voyage to the island.
