No, it isn't your shadow. That was my first guess since it seems o fit most of them. But it doesn't fit the 'If you touch me I run away' one, among others.

Shadow.... the thing about the only seeing it in the sun gave it away. Btw, a shadow does run away if you touch the object that the shadow is of...maybe not run away, but change.

Maybe, it's a stretch, but what about the 'I feel' and 'I see' clauses? Shadows have no definable characteristics that could attribute to that

I suppose it feels and sees because it's shadower can feel and see. And "if you touch me" probably means "if you touch me with light".

its definately a shadow... u can make your shadow look like its feeling something, but its not actually touching it, it moves just like you, but it can't move on its own, if you die your shadow "dies" with you but it doesnt physically die, you cant touch your shadow because it disappears where there is no light, you cant see shadows at night, it can be bigger or taller if you're closer to the light and smaller or shorter further from light, shadow is always with you and it doesnt breathe... the only reason i think it might not be shadow is because shadows cant see, unless there is another meaning to it that i'm missing
