I believe this is my first time in Riddles, even though I love them.
Hope this riddle isn't too simple.
A man was found dead in a cabin on a mountain side. What did he die from?
Lack of oxygen to the brain.
(This is a trick answer Billy - apparently lack of oxygen to the brain is the root cause of every death....)
The cabin was a plane cabin, he was the pilot and he died from the force of the plane crash

God thats awful, Im traumatised!!
Don 1, you rascal you, you got it right.
Good Going.
Now, let's get a little to tougher.
A man walks into a bar and asks for a drink of water.
The bartender reaches below the bar, pulls out a gun and points it at the man.
What's going on?
Normally you can't just solve these, unless your really lucky. These are called lateral thinking puzzles, in which people are supposed to ask yes- or no- questions. And thus getting more clues to arrive at the intended answer.
So think up one of your own. And the questioning can begin.
In a bar, a "gun" is the little nozzle thing that squirts mixers - soda, tonic, soft drinks and water.
Tryagain. Clevere way of showing you know the answer to the bar riddle without revealing it.
Another"
What do the following words have in common?
Vision, Create, Cure, Long, File, Fuse, Pose, Test, Found, Tractor, Verbs.
Your question is Profound
Oh, well, hell. Somebody has to be as bright as I am.
Good going, Tryagain.
Jim has fallen into the water of a lake. He can't swim, but is about 20 feet away from the end of a dock. On the dock, there's a 15 ft coil of rope. George, who also can't swim, hears Jim shouting "Help! Help!" and proceeds to save Jim.
How does he do it?
Is Jim less than 15 ft from the shore?
If I were George, I would use the boat tied to the dock.
If George is 6 foot he could jump in the water hold the dock with one hand, strech out, and throw the 15 foot rope to Jim.
6 foot + 15 foot = 21 feet
Actually, I revise my earlier answer. I suspect George could just reach over the side of the boat he and Jim were sitting in before Jim fell into the lake. That also explains why Jim was 20 feet away from the dock when he fell in.
George sends Flipper out to rescue Jim.
It might be a matter of whether or not
you get out of the box.
It's only 3 feet deep.
whim
It's winter and the lake is frrozen. Jim, however,
stepped on a patch of thin ice. George gets the rope, lays on his belly and slides on the ice to less than 15 ft. of Jim.
