Please help with hjt log

I have attempted to clean my computer of spyware etc and followed the instructions posted by Timberlandko on the forum. Unfortunately I could not run super blaster 5, I just got run error. I have followed all the other steps but still have a stupid searchbar appear when I conect to the internet. Does anybody know what I can do now, here is my log file.
