Are you looking for a short haircut, or.....?
I am open to different cuts. But, that one works better on an elven face.
Would something subtle like this work?
How about this? Too fluffy or...?
Hey, man!Funny! What does it say?
There's a fan on top...keep you cool all summer!
NOOOO; reyn!!!
You just made our li'lk at least a lot of years older with that cut!!!
Raquel looks great. I need an easy cut and that's not it.
Okay, then how about this?
Reyn, you're thinking too short.
I didn't really hope you'd all find me a cut, but that may be helpful. Mostly, I wanted to know how you all found your hair cutter, or you style.
That used to be called a coconut cut in my youth! Mind you, I'm talking from a hazy memory (of youth, that is!)
Hpow about something slightly more geometric?
Would something like that work, K? Or is that too masculine?
Okay, new name for Reyn....
VIDAL SASSOON!!!
Ok here lil k...this is my area of expertise...lol
Look at your face shape? What do you see?
Do you want your forehead covered, or not?
Do you want your face widened, or made to look thinner?
Do you have bangs...or want bangs, can you carry off bangs?
How long is your neck? Is it short, long...do you want it to appear longer, shorter?
Do you want high maintenance hair?
Or something that is easy to fix? Ponytail...etc? Parted on one side and no frills?
And don't go to someone that produces cookie cutter hairstyles...no matter what you ask for, you will end up with the same dozen hair cuts she has styled that day...
Play with your hair...pull it up, back and look for what it is your looking to find.
Maybe it just needs thinned and layered?
Maybe it needs to be cut into your face with the length left...or maybe it needs a lil color added to it, to add depth to it. Such as the underneath layer being colored about two shades darker. Or just putting highlights in it....?
Sometimes its not all in the hair cut..its in the color.
Check out some websites that offer free makeovers. You can insert a picture of yourself and change the haircuts up and color.
After years of bad hair cuts, I found my wonderful hair stylist when I saw a woman who had hair like mine (thick and curly) with the cut and style I really wanted. I asked her who did her hair and she told me the woman's name and the salon. I've been a loyal customer for almost 5 years.
