I get so many offers that i can easily turn away 5 a week because I just cant keep up.
At 20.00 an hour, I am on average 10.00 less than the competition.
I am also just one person, so people find security in knowing that the same person will be in thier homes all the time.
I have my own products and that is a selling point as well. I dont cost my clients more money in the long run but using up THIER cleaning supplies.
I work in the evenings when most people are home. I am finding , to my comfort, that most people want to be present when someone is in the home. Evening slots are gold.. and are almost completely gone. :-)
Not to mention, in austin alot of people seem to be on the 'no chemicals' cleaning advice.
I have both organic, and traditional cleaners.. and am not above just using hot water and elbow grease. That , coupled with the top down cleaning advice I got from Dupre, is my number one selling point.
This week alone, for 7 hours of work, broken up over 4 days, I make 200.00 +
yeah yeah... i will stop bragging now. But it just feels so damn good.
