“The imagination of man's heart
is evil from his youth."
(Gen.8:21)
There is the assertion by theologists, scholars, and teachers of two creations presented in Scripture. The two creations referred to here begin with the first chapter of Genesis and concludes in Genesis Chapter 2 verse 4. Chapter 1 of Genesis speaks words that manifest as an invisible creation of heaven and earth where it is stated "In the beginning God created without reference as to how this was accomplished. Reading further it reads "the earth was without form and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit moved upon the face of the waters." Thereafter, God's light became the seed of His conscious awareness eliminating the lace of chaos and the darkness of His dwelling. Chapter 2 speaks of the material manifestation of those things that were not which produced every form of the earth from the Seed of The Word "Let there be light" in things of matter including physical man. "...the Lord God breathed into man's nostrils and man became a living soul. - Genesis 2:7. Thereafter Spirit oxygenated the breath of man and he was placed in a Garden in the east of a place called Eden to till the soil. It is in the Garden man began labeling the physical forms of matter without awareness of what they were or where they originated from. The naming man became imprisoned intellectually by the images he has named and bound in the logic of his reasoning.
"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it" Proverbs 22:6 tells us. But the psychology of today and the crime of our youth today lets us know the average person has no clue how to raise a child. There are too many independent studies being made on child behavior, too many dos and don'ts, and too many unauthoritative symbolic inputs and signs which are supposed to alert parents or guardians on the direction a child should take and has taken. Most child psychologists and behavior therapists know nothing about Spirit, spiritual insight, nor Spirit integrity. Educator's and teaching have lost the inner vision and insight on how to unite children. Dreams were dreamed by the children of Adam and material images and symbols without substance became sacred items in the living, giving rise to individual conscious ability to think and interpret objects of visions and imaginary and feelings without compassion. Labeling these visions and thoughts of the era became a way for the children to broaden their knowledge and grasp of materialism as the reality within their minds.
It is written the first individuals of flesh has three offspring --- Abel, Cain, and Seth. Abel and Seth, it is indicated never lost their insight of Spirit and retained the wisdom of Spirit's purpose. Abel was destined to become the first recorded martyr of humanity. Cain fate of mankind who had was that of being the 1st who believed materialism overarched the oxygenated Word of God. Seth was destined to restore the seed of righteous forsaken by humanity: “And Adam knew his wife again, and she bares a son, and called his name Seth: For God, said she, hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew.” - Genesis 4:25. But “it came to pass when men began to multiply upon the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, that the sons of god saw the daughters of men that they were fair, and they took them wives of all whom they chose. And God said, 'My Spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh." - Gen.6:1-2. This disobedience violated God's Covenant, and the storytellers, prophets, witch doctors, shamans, and mediums. Seers, spirit-bearers, priests/priestesses, and metaphysical mystics became absorbed in the dominion of power they found they possessed over the minds of those who ignorantly imagined them to be messengers of God.
Silence is always speaking. To the mind of the Son of Man silence speaks in the form of thought vibration. Vibrating silently in the human mind is the essences life substance expressing the Spirit of Christ through man's soul, the storehouse of all thought's images, and objective visions and subjective feelings. Man's mind receives and retains conscious awareness of pain and pleasure garnered while in the womb of mothers and father's dual personalities which merged in their mating. Through dreams and wishful thinking men ride the crest of these merging personalities. People, therefrom, came to believe material things will lead them through the door of hope, and avenues of reverence to achieve success in the temporary world of materialism. People accepted and begun believing their dreams to be the crossroad that would summon their courage to follow their human desire for fame and fortune. Forsaking their inner conscience responsibility men bow down to the god of this world. They chose a walk that blindly led them forward upon a clear trail of shattered dreams, broken promises, and incomplete endeavors their forefathers paved, when they forsook the Tabernacle of God within them. Bowing down to the prince of dualism, men became lost in the maze of “the valley of the shadow of death.”

I partly agree. Though more like it is illegal for parents to discipline in the way they did before BIG ASS M*THER F*CKING BROTHER came to the scene -infesting the American peasant-class with state-promoted degeneracy.
Fact: government employees have the perks of being "one, big happy illuminati family" so that they can discipline any which way they choose without the same limits placed on poor families.

Abel?
It only makes sense that (because of inbreeding in Genesis); therefore that, Abel was mentally handicapped because he wasn't "able" to anything. He got on Cain's last nerve and whopped him!
Moral?
We are to carry one another's burdens (Gal 6:2) and not virtue signal on our every argument.
