what do i do if my computer display turns 90 degress?

like if it turns upside down, how do i turn it back?

investigate the capabilities of your display drivers for your display card.
I have nvidia card and the driver provides a display rotation capability in 90 degree steps.
Alternatively there is a program called 'pivot pro' which will work for you.

Really, since it has been changed on your system the facility to put it right must also exist on your system, and you should not need pivot pro.
