As the guide says, I need to hold that dolphin swimming around in order to proced to next section, but when I grab on its fin, it only swam around and left us in the same area. How must I do?
Frustrating dolphin in the level with evil ursula. (I couldn't beat her the first time, then I started the game over and actually leveled up instead of rushing through everything).
Anyway, it's been a while since I played, but I think you have to hold down the button you use to grab onto the dolphin.
If that doesn't work, I'll dig out the game and figure it out for ya.. hopefully you've past it by now, I would chunk my controller NES style if I were stuck on that for a month.
