religion and spirituality together
one way i've grown to see the relationship between spirituality and religion is that having purely a religious mind is being to absorbed with the laws and writings and institution of the particular religion you belong to, while having a purely spiritual mind is going on a path not well directed and with no significant purpose. i think you need to be religious in moderation as well as spiritual also, which allows you to have the right guidance while also being free to experience things with a more open mind. But the bottom line is that i don't think they're seperate.
