I've been attempting for about a week now to create a javascript vertical drop down menu for a website I'm about to set live, but I haven't been able to make any successful codes. I've looked at dozens of tutorial but my abilities with javascript don't seem to span past the basic alert messages and code snips. I can always follow about the first five steps of the tutorial, but after that I just get lost.
Is there anyone who'd be willing to help me create the code or tutor me in Javascript? I'm getting nightmares of being chased by little wrong input variables..

I'm willing to do neither (due to time constraints).
However I wanted to point you toward code that can help:

Here is Edit (Moderator): URL Removed in DHTML I made. Try and dissect it. If you don't figure it out I will throw something together for you when I get time.

Hey Mod, What did I do wrong? Why did you remove the link? Would you prefer me just post the code? An example works so much better.
You might want to read the terms of service and note prohibitions on posting links to your pages. The short version is that you should expect to have your links removed at each instance.
Since your page was a solicitation to donate posting code is prefferable indeed.

Ok, I just read them. Maybe you could do a featured up top for the most applicable rules. It is a lot to absorb. I understand your reasoning but it was not a solicitation especially to me. It was an infant cancer patient site I did for free. If you browse through the site you will see that was the only page I used a script on.
