The FDA expands the recall of apple cinnamon fruit pouches over lead concerns

So? Ain't it awesome that Republicans demand that regulatory commissions and agencies get defunded and disemboweled?? Eff the nanny state! Lead in applesauce and cinnamon builds character!

Seriously, though, how much cinnamon does a person generally eat? It's usually in baking, and that's only 1 - 2 tsp per batter - not much, really. I'd be more concerned about microplastics. Going to look at the article now Smile
