Happy (belated) Platinum Anniversary to coluber2001. Four days ago was your 20th anniversary here at a2k.

I had to check my entrance date, it was Nov 11th 2002...I'm not sure which anniversary that would meet, but it's still not long enough to be a silver anniversary.

But I've met a bunch of interesting people who feel like family, I consider that a marvelous outcome. I didn't count the years I spent on NYTimes Abuzz or Seattle Buzz but most of it was great (except for the rancid trolls), but the trolls are somewhat relentless........all the way until they get tossed out. Life is complicated.

Not sure many people had the chance to count the years for that forum. It really didn't last particularly long.

I'm glad my memory on this subject is nonexistent. And I was REALLY active on the politics board back then. I vaguely remember being ranked somehow on that board. I could be misremembering that.

Before the New York Times bought Abuzz (in 2001/2, I think), it was associated with the Boston Globe - I joined in 1998.
