Is there at least one element whose every atom contains the same quantity of neutrons? In other words, different isotopes don't exist at all.

No, there are no elements where every atom contains the same quantity of neutrons. Isotopes, which are atoms of the same element with different numbers of neutrons, exist for virtually all elements in nature. These isotopes contribute to the overall stability and properties of the element.
