Old poem

I am over you
or at least I was
not a loveing thought in sight
then out of nowhere
one broke free

and pierced my heart
makeing way for others
to tear my soul apart

memories that were long forgotten
pushed to the recesses of my mind
each one reminding me why I loved you
but they are nothing more then memories
the likes of which will never be seen again

so I guess I was right all along
I am over you
