"They" have a bot farm and the best they could pull off is a cut and paste.
I'm more of the mind some past member signed on with a new account. I think they're making some point about a violation of assumed free speech on A2K. All this confusion could be cleared by reading the ToS (or having an eight year old kid read it first and then explain it). This is the opening salvo.
