If you get drunk and stay drunk for an hour and get bit by a flea, would the flea that drank your blood get any type of alcohol in it's system?
No I'm not advising to pick up drinking for a flea infestation. Lol

I would say very likely no. That there wouldn't be a high enough alcohol percentage for the insect to draw in.
