My thought's exactly!!! Did you make it yourself?
I started with the guitar, I used to play on a punkrock band (not that this says anything about my skill which has been the same for years), largest crowd we played in front of was about 500 persons.
About a year ago I started to play more bass as I've always been a fan of good bass lines. I need someone to teach me how to slap and pop, I tried that a while ago but it's difficult to know if I"m doing it correctly by just reading.
I tried the sax a while ago, but as it wasn't mine it got taken off my hands just little after I got it so I didn't do much with it.
I'd love to pick up sax again and defnitively want to play to a live audience again.
Joe-keep up the bass and you'll always be in demand.
I subscribed to Bass Player magazine for years and the how-to columns taught me a lot of good stuff.
No. I didnt make it .
i wish i could! Now that would be a talent. ;-)
I tried the didgeridoo a while back... but apparently I suck at blowing (¿?).
Anyways, I intend to keep up guitar and bass as a hobby and if something comes up will put more dedication to it.
Extra question: Does not knowing drums make me always air drum instead of air guitar or air bass?
I play the piano, a little of flute and a little more of didgeridoo.
I want to learn drums, but need more time...

My friend made his out of pcv pipe...i think thats what its called, and bee's wax for the mouth peice....Can't be too hard...hehe.....considering they aren't easy to learn to play...
i think they are easy to play.
If you know how to make good 'fart' sounds with your lips, you can play it.
it is pretty simple.
learning how to breathe to keep the music going..
THAT was hard.
No fart sound can teach you THAT
Since I got a long weekend ahead of me, I've thought I might dust off the guitars and bash around a bit. I usually crank up the CD player and try to rhythm guitar strum along with some of my favorite tunes by the Stones, Beatles, et.al.
Right now I'm into my guitar a ton (Strat through a vox 100W).
I played bass for a band bout 3 years ago, biggest audience probly 150
I dabble in drums, but I wouldn't consider myself a drummer.
Right now I'm trying to learn how to sing, and if anyone has experience in teahcing yourself how to sing, gimem some tips becasue they'd belp a whole lot.
Im into classic rock, southern rock, electric blues, stuff like that.
Panzade you're right, bass is always in demand, it seems rare to find a bass player for me, I wish I had one around here to jam with.
My new band is gearing up for a show in early Feb. We're playing with a band called Fry Cook--which I heard rocks and has a sense of humor. In fact, I think they've got a song called, "Music In My Penis."
Hey Gargamel have you made it to the midwest yet? That sounds like a cool show.
I played the coronet in grade school, but lost interest. I was a guest vocalist on a few songs in a buddys metal band in high school. I dabbled a little bit with drums but never got very good.
I am a virtuoso on the air guitar.
Not yet. Though it's always a possibility since I know folks in Milwaukee and Chicago. Hopefully we'll get some tunes up online soon.
I play the clarinet--but I take no responsibility for the dubious factoid. I was young.
I am learning (slowly) to play guitar. My high school boyfriend was the lead guitarist in a pretty impressive garage band--and now (LOL) my daughter is engaged to a lead singer/lead guitarist in a really impressive garage band. (Funny...)
He's trying to teach her power chords lately.
Their latest hit-- "Stupid Couch". They are the kings of random lyrics.
Hey Lash, I played clarinet. What's wrong with it????
I've always wanted to play bongos like Sheila E. and baptist church organ.
Clarinet-- = not very sexy. I get visuals of Woody Allen....
Sort of studious and stilted...
I'm sure you make it completely transcendant!
