Since dyslexia's tasty thread thread was ruthlessly closed.

A rebooted thread on all things burgers (both meaty and vegetarian).

For this start? A story about a cheeseburger sans the literal burger.

@bobsal u1553115,
That looks particularly difficult to eat.

I can spy baked beans, a burger patter, mac and cheese, and the top two layers are a bit beyond me. Is the next level a grilled hot dog? And the top layer, hash browned potatoes?

@tsarstepan,
It's the kind of burger served late to three drunks who share it, getting most of it on the floor. These three drunks told me it was the best burger ever.

I'll take their word for it.

@tsarstepan,
That could only be sold somewhere with no proper cheese.

Those slices are only good for hamburgers and nothing else.

If I want a cheese toastie I'll use actual cheese.

I do like a steak hache.

Not American, and no bun, but it's really good.

@tsarstepan,
The best burger is a rib-eye steak.

Artificial intelligence (AI) can do all sorts of things: diagnose illnesses in medicine, answer tricky questions in everyday life, or tell jokes. Now, researchers at Stanford University in California have developed an AI designed to create the perfect burger recipe to suit every taste. Whether the result is a mushroom burger, a bean burger, a fish burger or a classic hamburger depends entirely on the user’s preferences – for example, in terms of taste, sustainability and nutritional content.

Ultimately, the AI recipes have even passed a practical test with restaurant diners, as the research team documents in the journal ‘npj Science of Food’.

Generative artificial intelligence creates delicious, sustainable, and nutritious burgers
