There are other ways, which wouldn't affect anything else on your machine beyond the game or application in question, involving really knowing your way around Windows File System and Windows Registry, knowing what to delete, what to change, what to change it to, and how to do it all, but I ain't gonna get into that. As Phoenix said - save the few bucks its gonna cost and buy a legitimate copy.
