If a State Governor (e.g., Texas, Florida) sends a plane full of immigrants from his State to an airport in New York, may New York prohibit the plane from landing?

Or disembarking?

States have no authority over immigration, that is a federal government thing. States also have no authority over most airports, they are controlled by the federal government. I don't know about private airfields though.

Thank you. That said, I believe that the ownership of the airport may be different. For example, JFK Int'l Airport is owned by the Port Authority of NY & NJ.

True, but the authority that allows people to board and disembark is the TSA. The Port Authority might stop you outside the airport, but they aren't going to stop you from getting off the plane.
