I don't think he'd be placed in the long term facilty that's available, I believe that is used for longer term prisoners such as murderers who are incarcerated in the facility because of mental incompetence. I think though that while this bloke is doing time he should be receiving some pretty high level psychiatric assistance and probably drug rehabilitation. I hope anyway.
I still want to hit him with a baseball bat though.
