Let me get this straight... Bear is full of sh!t and this is news?

Just returned from the doc...more scrips and a barium small bowel study on thursday. The doc felt around and listened to my upper...stomach and all.. and said that other than the bloating and distension which is major..I'm twice as pooched out as I was just 5 days ago and I've LOST more weight, there was nothing that seemed alarming but the Barium lower bowel thing will tell them if there's a blockage of some sort. You know, nothing makes you feel warmer or fuzzier than your doc saying he wants to check your colon for blockage....
He prescribed reglan for the bloating and warned that long term or heavy use of it can cause side effects and will definitely make me loopy but will probably do me some good sparingly and in the short term.

well, I don';t think they know exactly what's up, hence the testing on Thursday. He did agree with me that this was going on too long.....

and I get to drink it Husker, thank goodness.
