Have you ever noticed, that a man, always opens himself for a front toe kick to the groin, with another man, or a woman, always opens herself for a kick to the shin with a heel, with another woman?
Thing is, a transgender, strikes between sexes, always first, therefore leaving an opening, to hit back.
If you don't take the opening, you turn queer.

I think those kinds of moves are considered illegal in actual martial artist tournaments where the rules are being observed, even without observation.
I doubt a person with no fighting capability would instantly think "If I hit here they will be disabled in a real life flight-or-flight situation. Gender/sex $#$@$ has nothing to do with martial arts. Asides it is legal for a woman ( or man ) to have long nails. Attachments like hair pieces or certain bands are allowed.
