i started it. having a good time with it. designing, organizing, plotting... it's the stuff! i will also have small traffic, but right now i'm also having very little faith that the audience it is intended for will have sufficient skills to figure out how such a simple forum works. oh well, we shall see.

Are you using the same host as I?

The drawbacks are that I, at least, am unable to develop a home page that displays categories and Forums AND topics.

I am wishing I had ditched categories and just gone with forum divisions.

why not? i am using the invisionfree and it does that, i think. i have 3 posts total so far... and noone seems to be breaking their legs to post. i wanted it as a portal for a bunch of NGOs that are working on similar project to share info, post about new events, coordinate... it may be a little over their heads... WHY? oh why? i want to sit each of them down, show them how it's done and force them to like it!
