hi..i am 12 and i weigh 175 lbs..i reallllyy want to get to like 125 soon i am going on a cruise in a week and i was just wondering if anyone knows any sort of diet to get me started so i can see starting results by the time i leave for my trip..if you have and ideas for me...please post them Crying or Very sad

Go to the "teen diets" thread and spend soime time looking around on the internet and then come back with specific questions.

You won't make your goal in a week. Not even close.
That's a 1 or 2 year goal weight reduction.
Be realistic please.

Thats not true my mom lots that much weight in 2 months. she just went speed walking for about 45 minutes and watched what she ate. she ate lots of salads and things like that
