Will i get in legal trouble for promoting an instagram story with rolling stones music

Hmm, I'm wondering if I'd get in trouble for using some rolling stones music 15 seconds of gimme shelter in an Instagram story, given that the function is there I'd guess not. But I don't really know... Does anyone have any answers?
