Every time I try to access my cardiologist website http://www.MidAtlanticCardio.com I get the following message: To display this page correctly you need to download and install the following components: Vector Graphic Rendering (VML) When I click on the download button I get this message: The component cannot be downloaded at this time, please try again later or choose 'Windows Update' under the Internet Explorer 'Tools' menu to install this component. I don't quite understand what to do. Any help will be appreciated.

Go to Windows Update and install all Servicepacks, Critical, and Recommended updates/patches for your Windows and Internet Explorer.
