Can a page be moved from one profile to another?

I am admin on a charity page that was set up many years ago by a supporter of the charity. They are no longer involved with the charity and we would like to move the page. Is this possible?

I'm assuming you're talking about Facebook. A lot of people come here with Facebook questions because their help center isn't very helpful but we're not Facebook. I find it useful to type your question in google.
