Pig is “chazer treif,” and pork is the most anti-Jewish of non-kosher foods, because pork carries with it a legacy of centuries of antisemitism and antagonism.

1. Not everyone was Jewish, and none would be Moslem for another 600 - 700 years.
2. Swine were used to deal with garbage.
3. Even after Islam appeared in the 7th century - not everybody was Jewish or Moslem.
4. And swine were still an important part of waste management for another 1000+ years.

But Hell - don't let facts interfere with your delusionary version of "Christianity".
