These forums are great, I like the way it works. But there are some few changes I would wish for:
- Bigger emoticons (we don't see them well)
- The possibility to save drafts
- The possibility to create polls
Do you agree? Do you have other ideas?
@Yalow,
Quote:- The possibility to save drafts
if i'm typing a long post, i'll copy it to Notepad to save it...
Quote:- The possibility to create polls
this was a feature A2k originally had before the software re-write of 2008...

i wish the folks you have on ignore were blocked from PMing you...
@Region Philbis,
I'd say region that last one makes a lot of sense. You should be able to block someone from personally reaching out to you if you don't want them to contact you.
@Linkat,
I'd be thrilled if the guy sending me nude pictures would find somebody else to fixate on. I've gotten about 8 in the last few weeks, apparently these are his/her best version of a 'response' to discussion.

Sorry..not so sorry..I've not been included in such a gift.

Same here! you block a troll and he can still PM you, I just ignore those too, never read what they have to say!
@jcboy,
It would be nice if there was a threshold before PM's turn on. You have to do five posts and be here for a week or something like that. That way you just can't create a burner account and send PM's.
@engineer,
Yep, and a lot of forums are like that, you have to make a certain amount of post before you can send a PM to another member.
1. When you go to a (my profile) page and scroll down to the bottom you will find a section called the (my recent post).
2. That section will have the last ten post made, with the most recent at the top.
3. When you click on (next), it will go to the next page with ten more post.
And the next page with ten more post. And the next page with ten more post, And so on.
4. Every time you click (next) you will continue to go back in time to earlier post made.
5. Let's say you were looking for an old post, but you are not sure when that post was made.
6. Let's say after clicking on (next) 20 times to the 20th page on the (my recent post) section, you think you may have found the old post that you were looking for.
7. When you come across a post that looks like that might be the post you are looking for, you would click on it, and it will take you directly to that post.
8. If that turns out to (not) be the post you were looking for, it does not allow you to go back to the last page you were on.
9. The (my recent post) section will start over and you will have to click (next) twenty times again, so that you can continue looking for the old post from where you left off.
10. It can be very time consuming to start over after determining a particular post wasn't the post that you were looking for.
11. I wish there was a way for the (my recent post) section to go back to the last (my recent post) page I was on, so I can resume looking for that old post without starting all over.
12. In this example, the last page would have been the 20th page.
13. That would also help me keep track, in case I forgot the exact place I left off.
@glitterbag,
My thought is that they seem awfully familiar with other male's gentilia, sure says a lot more about him than us, even beyond the cowardliness it takes to post anonymously..
@Linkat,
More discretionary spending for the users.
