Yeah, they're different. You can be conscious but unaware. You can be consciously unaware, too.

Therefore, do you agree that it is possible for an individual to be unaware of the “in the moment” and “not in the moment” states of consciousness?

Awareness sits above consciousness because there are two types of consciousness bobsal. Are you aware of that or unaware of it?

This is about “outward” meditation.

Cut the new age crap. You are either conscious or not. You are aware or you are not.

You are aware that you are either “in the moment” or “not in the moment” and you can do something about it if you are “not in the moment”.

If you are not aware then you will “toggle” between these in synch/not in synch states all the time automatically in unawareness.

As I say this stuff is outward meditation.

Awareness is different to consciousness.You will realise this if you try to stay in the moment all the time…..haha good look with that one.
