diablo 2 items. how can i load them?

i like to play diablo 2 lod. i hav an issue, though. .i have alot of rare items in my computer, but they were downloaded, not found in the game. how do i put them into the game? i really need to know. anyone who helps will get free diablo 2 lod items.
