I received an e-mail from a friend. The email includes four questions on four successive lines (1, 2, 3, 4).
I wish to respond by e-mail with my answer to each of the questions.
I wish to indicate which of my answers corresponds to which of her questions by writing within her e-mail in a different color.
How do I do that?

in the example, white is the background color and black is the text color, as indicated by the check marks...

How do I input within his e-mail so that I am lining up my answer with his question?

i would copy the questions to the top of the message, then type each colored reply below the question it corresponds to...
