Were there any steps in the proceedure you were unable to complete?

I note too that while Hijackthis is in its own folder, you had a messaging client running while you performed your HJT scan - not good.

Anyhow, I'll assume you've gotten all the downloads and run through the preliminaries, so to start with, I suggest you have both Microsoft Antispyware and Ewido Security Suite check for updates, bring them current if necessary, then boot into safe mode and open Microsoft Antispware. When it opens, click "Tools"> "Advanced Tools">"Browser Hijack Settings Restore", then look down at the bottom for "Check all", do so, then click "Restore". When that has been done, run a full system scan with Microsoft Antispyware, followed by a full system scan with Ewido Security Suite, allowing both to fix whatever, if anything, the find. When that's been done, run CCleanup, then reboot. Run another HJT scan, just saving the log, then run another Ewido scan, just saving the log. When that's been done, post both logs to this thread.
