Looks fairly clean - just some touchups called for. Run HJT again, with no other windows open or applications running, place a checkmark next to these entries:

Click "Fixed Checked", don't reboot. Navigate to
C:\PROGRAM FILES, locate and delete the folder
EBATES_MOEMONEYMAKER (you may or may not have to delete this folder while in safe mode. If it resists deleting, report the exact error message you receive and we'll see what we can do)
Run Cleanup one more time, reboot, run another HJT scan, save the log and post it here for confirmation that all is as it should be. Oh, BTW - I don't notice a resident, active firewall. Its possible you have one and HJT just isn't reporting the signatures, but be sure you do have and properly configure and deploy both an active antivirus (yours appears to be Kaspersky Personal, which, if properly configured, updated, and deployed, is fine) and an active firewall - they are critical to keeping your system safe.
