I understand many people are "cutting the cord" (i.e., end their subscription with cable TV) and instead (I think) viewing Streaming services.
I presently receive TV service via Verizon FiOS. If I were to switch, could I still receive traditional new programs (ABC evening news with David Muir, Sunday Meet the Press and Face the Nation, CNN Anderson Cooper)?
Which streaming service is available and good?

Sling has a good reputation for streaming live TV, but in most places, you can put up a cheap HD antenna and get all the local stations, often with better quality than you can from cable.
