@dianakimchi,
Advise is a verb. You can advise someone. Advice is a noun. You can give someone advice, advice can be good or bad.

@dianakimchi,
"Advice" is like suggestions or tips people give you. For example, "She gave me advice on how to study."

"Advise" is what you do when you give someone advice. For instance, "I advise you to study regularly."

So, you would say "I advise," not "I advice." It's like the action of giving advice.
