What is the difference between "whole over the world" and "all over the world"?

The difference is that "whole over the world" is not good English, whereas "all over the world" is.

There is no difference between these two but all over the world seems correct than whole over the world.

I can say "all over the world" is the most correct idiom. Not sure about "whole over the world" , never heard or saw this usage.
