Didn't you ask them when you spoke to them? How do you know it's been forwarded to a different address?

Well, they probably have an email for customer service.

The 3rd party seller that I ordered my package from on Amazon said she couldn't send me another book to my address with no reason why. It was a book btw. She asked if I have a alternative address and I said no. Any reason why I can't have stuff sent to my address anymore?

No... you'd best be speaking with her and Amazon - maybe get her to contact them and find out why they can't deliver and where they sent it.

Do you live in an apartment building? Maybe they don't want to send there due to possibility of theft ? Or maybe you live in a neighborhood or town - somewhere they have had issues with theft before?

An alternative is there are many amazon locker locations - often times if they cannot deliver to your home for one of many possible reasons - they will deliver to one of these nearby lockers - you get a passcode and just go pick it up.

A single family house

Well I just had amazon "lose" my package. I guess it is lost someone on a truck - it got to our local area but someone got lost between the facility and delivering to the home because it is still out of delivery.

I just ordered something else and got a refund on what I tried to order.
