Ok now im not exactly sure how this goes but ill give you enough info to answer this riddle.....
Two objects are very similar, they both do the same thing (Practically) but are diffrent in this manor. One of them has no moving parts while the other has Thousands..... what are they?
I still got more.......
It could be a computer chip one with a program in it and the other with not.
A chip for a clock
and..
a hourglass
They both tell time.
