So in a incident i became man overboard, it was this girl who took alot of pictures of me i heard. Later the day she started to ask questions about it, if it was cold etc kinda teasing questions and she laughed and smilled when i gave an answer.

2 days after the incident she asked me if i were okay and if i wanted to do it again and she laughed and smilled when i gave an answer.

1 year ago she also told me i had pretty eyes (just including it)

If it's slang, it just as might as well be an inside joke for one person.

A quick search of the term, man overboard, in the Urban Dictionary, doesn't yield anything that would make sense in this context (and the several remaining few other definitions are poop-related).
