ABI-Direct Revenue-Aurora-Ceres Lawsuits

I have that horrid infection from ABI, and I think I'll leave it as is. I'm in New Mexico, and our governor is looking for headlines, photo ops, and a way to impress the voters in the next Presidential election. He wants to be Prez, and if he could nail the folks responsible for the Aurora-Ceres mess I might just vote for him. At any rate, I ran across mention of a NY lawsuit. Anyone know whether there's a central repository of information on this issue? I'd be willing to become a lead plantiff in my state if I could get our state's AG sold on the idea of making her boss a hero in everyman's eyes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
