my computer just started like turning yellow. i cant adjust it by the brightness/contrast either. it fades in and out like digital effects. it fades though, back and forth. what can i do to make it stop?

Most likely your monitor cable or VGA connector is going bad. Some computer shops, TV shops, or electronic maintenance people can fix this for you for relatively cheap.
